StructureDefinition-contactpoint-viaintermediary
An extension representing an external point of contact responsible for handling communications with an entity. For example, a practice group may share a single point of contact responsible for handling communications for each of the individual practices. Consists of a reference to a PractitionerRole, Organization, OrganizationAffiliation, or Location resource with a contact point responsible for handling communications.
