1.0 - StructureDefinition: endpoint-reference - Content

An extension to support the addition of a reference to an endpoint for the practitioner and careTeam resources.

An individual may have an associated electronic endpoint independent of their role (e.g. a personal Direct address).

A care team may have an associated electronic endpoint independent of the members of the care team, location where the care team operates, services it provides etc.
