This page provides a list of the FHIR artifacts defined as part of this implementation guide.
There are no Global profiles defined
The following artifacts define the specific capabilities that different types of systems are expected to have in order to comply with this implementation guide. Systems conforming to this implementation guide are expected to declare conformance to one or more of the following capability statements.
PA Care Manager |
Describes the expected capabilities of a system that is responsible for managing issues related to the physical activity level of a patient. |

This set of capabilities is appropriate for service providers that CAN expose their own FHIR server and that store Tasks, reports and other resources locally and expose them for query by Care Managers and Patient Engagement systems. |
PA Service Provider (Light) |
Describes the expected capabilities of a system used by a personal trainer, community fitness organization, or other entity that delivers services that help a patient to improve or maintain their level of physical activity. This set of capabilities is appropriate for service providers that CANNOT expose their own FHIR server and that rely on the Care Manager to store Tasks, reports and other resources. |
