Category of the presence or absence of metastases in regional lymph nodes, based on evidence such as physical examination, imaging, and/or biopsy.

Conformance

Observation resources associated with an in-scope patient with Observation.code of LOINC 21906-3, 21900-6, or 21912-1 SHALL conform to this profile. Beyond this requirement, a producer of resources SHOULD ensure that any resource instance associated with an in-scope patient that would reasonably be expected to conform to this profile SHOULD be published in this form.
