5.1.11 Resource Patient - Conformance Packages

U.S. Data Access Framework (DAF) Patient Profile Defines constraints and extensions on the patient resource for use in querying and retrieving patient demographic information.
Clinical Quality Framework (CQF) Patient Profile Profile of patient for decision support/quality metrics. Indicates which elements must be supported by CQF rules and measure engines.
US Laboratory Patient Profile USLabPatient: The patient (subject) referenced in USRealm laboratory test and reporting to provider in ambulatory care setting. USLabPHPatient: The patient (subject) referenced in USRealm laboratory reporting to Public Health. Note: The patient can also be the target of a copy to request.
Patient HL7 Extensions Defines common extensions used with or related to the Patient resource
Health Service Platform Consortium (HSPC) Patient Profile Defines constraints and extensions on the patient resource for use in querying and retrieving patient demographic information.
