The FHIR data provider SHALL support the Communication security mechanisms outlined in FHIR Security Specification
The FHIR data provider SHALL support the Authentication security mechanisms outlined in FHIR Security Specification
The FHIR data provider SHOULD support other security recommendations outlined in FHIR Security as appropriate.
