This is basic constraint on PractitionerRole for use in US Core resources.

Field	Card.	Type	Description
identifier	1..*	List<Identifier>	Business Identifiers that are specific to a role/location.
active	1..1	Boolean	Whether this practitioner role record is in active use.
period	1..1	Interval<DateTime>	The period during which the person is authorized to act as a practitioner in these role(s) for the organization.
practitioner	1..1	Practitioner	Practitioner that is able to provide the defined services for the organization.
organization	1..1	Organization	The organization where the Practitioner performs the roles associated.
code	1..1	Concept	Roles which this practitioner is authorized to perform for the organization. Binding: Provider role codes consisting of NUCC Health Care Provider Taxonomy Code Set for providers. (extensible)
specialty	1..1	Concept	Specific specialty of the practitioner. Binding: Provider specialty codes consist of NUCC Health Care Provider Taxonomy Code Set for providers. (extensible)
location	1..*	List<Location>	The location(s) at which this practitioner provides care.
