date	`1..1`	`DateTime` The date the immunization recommendation was created.
dateCriterion	`0..*`	`List<DateCriterion>` Vaccine date recommendations. For example, earliest date to administer, latest date to administer, etc.
doseNumber	`0..1`	`Integer` The next recommended dose number (e.g. dose 2 is the next recommended dose).
forecastStatus	`1..1`	`Concept` Vaccine administration status. Binding: Immunization Recommendation Status Codes (Example)
id	`0..1`	`String` unique id for the element within a resource (for internal references). This may be any string value that does not contain spaces.
protocol	`0..1`	`Protocol` Contains information about the protocol under which the vaccine was administered.
supportingImmunization	`0..*`	`List<Reference>` Immunization event history that supports the status and recommendation.
supportingPatientInformation	`0..*`	`List<Reference>` Patient Information that supports the status and recommendation. This includes patient observations, adverse reactions and allergy/intolerance information.

vaccineCode	`0..1`	`Concept` Vaccine that pertains to the recommendation. Binding: value set (Preferred)
