Structures: Resource Profiles

These define constraints on FHIR resources that need to be complied with by conformant implementations

PAOmessageheader	Post Acute Orders MessageHeader Profile This profiles is used to order, update, cancel and query the status of an order It requires the consistant use of identifiers to ensure that any actions targeted at a prior order affect that order only.
PAObundle4	PAO Bundle profile that includes a MessageHeader, MessageDefinition, Task, Subscription, service/device/medication order(s) and supporting documentation
PAOtask4	Post Acute Orders Task Profile
PAOsubscription4	Post Acute Orders Subscription Profile The subscription resource should accompany the initial message bundle to provide a mechanism of informing the ordering provider when there is a change in the order as indicated by a change in the Task resorurce. The subscriber has the option of receiving a notifiction when a change occurs or receiving the updated task and any relevant order resources (device, service, medication)
PAOservicerequest4	Post Acute Orders ServiceRequest Profile This resource is used to "order" non-DME (device) and non-medications. For this version of the guide, it is used primarily to order Home Health Services
