The value set to instantiate this attribute should be drawn from a terminologically robust code system that consists of or contains concepts to support the medication process, in particular the process and reasons for dispensing. This value set is provided as a suggestive example
This value set includes codes defined in other code systems, using the following rules:

IMMUNE | immunity | Definition:Testing has shown that the patient already has immunity to the agent targeted by the immunization. |
MEDPREC | medical precaution | Definition:The patient currently has a medical condition for which the vaccine is contraindicated or for which precaution is warranted. |
OSTOCK | product out of stock | Definition:There was no supply of the product on hand to perform the service. |
PATOBJ | patient objection | Definition:The patient or their guardian objects to receiving the vaccine. |
