This is a value set defined by the FHIR project.

Specifies the kind of a set of documents (e.g. Patient Summary, Discharge Summary, Prescription, etc.). The type of a set of documents may be the same as one of the documents in the set - especially if there is only one - but it may be wider

Formal definitions: XML or JSON.

FHIR Document Codes - all LOINC codes where scale_type = 'DOC'

This value set includes codes defined in other code systems, using the following rules:

Include codes from http://loinc.org where SCALE_TYP = DOC

This value set could not be expanded by the publication tooling: null

The OID for the value set is 2.16.840.1.113883.4.642.2.307 (OIDs are not used in FHIR, but may be used in v3, or OID based terminology systems).
