To accept the data and aid in facilitating the NDH exchange, the NDH Validation & Verification Actor utilize the NDH exchange profiles. It SHOULD have the NDH server-side capability to support the POST, PUT, and GET HTTP methods.
The NDH might delegate the verification of attested data to a third party. In such cases, the third party SHOULD at least adhere to the NDH base profiles.
