Profiles defined as part of this Guide

Profiles

The following Profiles have been defined for this implementation guide.

  • MedicationAdministrationProfile

    Defines constraints and extensions on the MedicationAdministration resource for the minimal set of data to query and retrieve patient's medication information.

  • MedicationDispenseProfile

    Defines constraints and extensions on the MedicationDispense resource for the minimal set of data to query and retrieve patients medication information.


    • Extensions

    These extensions have been defined for this implementation guide.

  • Header_Timestamp_Extension

    The date the request was sent to the PDMP Resonder.

  • Response_Prescription_Period_Extension

    The period indicating the range (start/end) for the responses from PDMP.

  • Refill_Number_Extensionn

    The refill number of the medication dispensed.
