NOTE to commenters: BEFORE PUBLICATION this mapping will be updated for all 5 new HAI forms - it is incomplete now due to the fact that the mappings will likely change during ballot.
This implementation guide is the second FHIR release of the HAI reporting profiles and is being balloted in the same cycle as the HL7 CDA® R2 Implementation Guide: NHSN Healthcare Associated Infection (HAI) Reports, Release 3, STU 4—US Realm.
