We would especially appreciate comments on the following items:

1. Currently the eICR Composition contains a Medications Administered Section in the eICR Composition and would like feedback on the possible addition of a Medications Section and/or Admission Medications Section.
2. Potential addition of a method (probably an extension similar to the US Core Race and Ethnicity extensions) of capturing the Oregon Real D Race and Ethnicity data
