Qualifier of copay amount
Drug Tier CS

The drug tier of a particular medication in a health plan. Base set are examples. Each plan may have its own controlled vocabulary.
Pharmacy Type CS

Types of Pharmacies. Each payer will have its own controlled vocabulary.
