If true indicates that the type of the measure report is a data collection report that contains data-of-interest for the measure. Use this extension instead of a MeasureReport.type code (i.e., the element is empty) if the measure report is a data collection report.
This extension corresponds to the MeasureReportType code data-collection in the R4 version of MeasureReport.
