The DEQM MeasureReport Profile represents the quality measure results that the practitioner’s organization convey to the payer. It contains the references to other profiles needed to attest to the measure.
Mandatory Data Elements and Terminology
The following data-elements are mandatory (i.e data MUST be present).
Each MeasureReport must have:
- A status
- A measure report type hardcoded to “individual”
- The reference to the Measure
- A patient the report is for
- The date the report was generated
- The organization that reported the data
- The reporting period
Each MeasureReport should have (Must Support):
- Reference to all the resources involved in producing the report
