Indicates whether the extension or profile element on which it appears represents a dependency that should be traced for the purposes of artifact packaging and distribution

This extension allows extension definitions and profile elements to indicate whether or not they represent a canonical or artifact resource dependency that should be followed as part of dependency tracing for the purposes of determining the set of artifacts to be included in a package for artifact packaging and distribution.
