Indicates that the server supports the given version of Clinical Quality Language (CQL). Valid values are major.minor and optionally the patch version of any published version of the CQL specification.

This extension allows servers to indicate what version(s) of Clinical Quality Language (CQL) they support. Although this could potentially be indicated in the capability statement by declaring a reference to the CQL implementation guide, this would not provide the same level of granularity that is afforded by this extension (i.e. the ability to state major, minor, and/or patch version level support)
