Defines a knowledge capability afforded by this knowledge artifact: Shareable, Publishable, Computable, and Executable, a scheme for organizing categories of functionality based on the content management lifecycle. This extension supports specifying knowledge capabilities on resources that do not have a knowledgeCapability element.
