10.2.13.1 Content

Extensions:
documentreference-thumbnail	DRThumbnail : True or False indicating whether this content is a thumbnail.
documentreference-sourcepatient	DRSourcepatient : The Patient Information as known when the document was published. May be a reference to a version specific, or contained.
