This code system http://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem/composite-measure-scoring defines the following codes:

CodeDisplayDefinitionCopy
opportunity OpportunityOpportunity scoring combines the scores from component measures by combining the numerators and denominators for each component.
all-or-nothing All-or-nothingAll-or-nothing scoring includes an individual in the numerator of the composite measure if they are in the numerators of all of the component measures in which they are in the denominator.
linear LinearLinear scoring gives an individual a score based on the number of numerators in which they appear.
weighted WeightedWeighted scoring gives an individual a score based on a weighted factor for each component numerator in which they appear.

Explanation of the columns that may appear on this page:

LevelA few code lists that FHIR defines are hierarchical - each code is assigned a level. See Code System for further information.
SourceThe source of the definition of the code (when the value set draws in codes defined elsewhere)
CodeThe code (used as the code in the resource instance). If the code is in italics, this indicates that the code is not selectable ('Abstract')
DisplayThe display (used in the display element of a Coding). If there is no display, implementers should not simply display the code, but map the concept into their application
