5.4.12 Standard Structure Definition Extensions

This profile describes common extensions that are used with Structure Definitions

5.4.12.1 Content

Extensions:
structuredefinition-display-hint	Hinting information for the narrative generator : Hinting information for the narrative generator - a series of name: value; pairs.
structuredefinition-template-status	Template Status Code (more authoring statuses) : Status code taken from HL7 template specification - allows for alignment with the template DSTU, and has more authoring status codes.
structuredefinition-fmm	FMM Level : The FMM level assigned to the artifact.
structuredefinition-fmm-no-warnings	FMM Level (if no warnings) : The FMM level that would be assigned to the artifact if it had no warnings.
structuredefinition-explicit-type-name	Advisory - name of Type for implementations : A name to use for the type, in implementations. This is a suggestion; it's not a normative part of the FHIR specification, but it does appear in the UML diagrams, and is used in generated code, schemas, etc.to identify the type.
structuredefinition-json-type	Json type of value property : The JSON type of a property - used for the value property of a primitive type (for which there is no type in the FHIR typing system).
structuredefinition-xml-type	XML (Schema) type of attribute : The XML (schema) type of a property - used for the value attribute of a primitive type (for which there is no type in the FHIR typing system).
structuredefinition-rdf-type	XML (Schema) type of attribute for RDF : The XML (schema) type of a property as used in RDF - used for the value attribute of a primitive type (for which there is no type in the FHIR typing system).
structuredefinition-regex	Regex applies to the value : The regular expression that applies to the value, if one exists.
structuredefinition-expression	FHIR Path version of constraint : The constraint as specified using FHIRPath language.
structuredefinition-example	An additional example value : An additional example value.
structuredefinition-summary	Additional text for the summary presentation : Additional text for the summary presentation.
structuredefinition-annotation	Additional notes about any item in a structure definition : Additional notes about any item in a structure definition.
structuredefinition-ancestor	StructureDefinition this is derived from : A canonical URL for a StructureDefinition that this is derived from. This is a de-normalization of a chain of StructureDefinition.baseDefinition.
structuredefinition-category	Category from official resource list : The category under which the resource type is presented on the official resource list.
structuredefinition-table-name	Show mappings in the summary table with this name : A name to use to show mappings of this type in the generated summary tables.
