Extensions:
elementdefinition-identifier	External Identifier associated with this element : External Identifiers associated with this element - these are identifiers that are associated with the concept this element represents.
elementdefinition-question	Prompt for element phrased as question : The default/suggested phrasing to use when prompting a human to capture the data element in question form (e.g. In a survey).
elementdefinition-allowedUnits	Units to use for measured value : Identifies the units of measure in which the element should be captured or expressed.
elementdefinition-maxValueSet	Maximum Value Set (when strength = extensible) : The maximum allowable value set, for use when the binding strength is 'extensible'. This value set is the value set from which extensions can be taken from.
elementdefinition-minValueSet	Minimum Value Set (what system must support) : The minimum allowable value set, for use when the binding strength is 'required' or 'extensible'. This value set is the minimum value set that any conformant system SHALL support.
elementdefinition-equivalence	equivalent \| equal \| wider \| subsumes \| narrower \| specializes \| inexact \| unmatched \| disjoint : The level of equivalence between the element containing the mapping and the element mapped to.
elementdefinition-namespace	specifiy namespace other than http://hl7.org/fhir : Use this extension to indicate tha the element has an XML namespace different to http://hl7.org/fhir.
