This is a frozen snapshot of the FHIR specification created for the purpose of balloting the GAO implementation Guide. It includes draft changes that may be part of the future DSTU 2.1 release but further change is expected. Readers should focus solely on the GAO implementation content, and FHIR DSTU 2 for other purposes.

active	Active	The prescription is 'actionable', but not all actions that are implied by it have occurred yet.	=active
on-hold	On Hold	Actions implied by the prescription are to be temporarily halted, but are expected to continue later. May also be called "suspended".	=suspended
completed	Completed	All actions that are implied by the prescription have occurred.	=completed
entered-in-error	Entered In Error	The prescription was entered in error.	=nullified
stopped	Stopped	Actions implied by the prescription are to be permanently halted, before all of them occurred.	=aborted
