This is a frozen snapshot of the FHIR specification created for the purpose of balloting the GAO implementation Guide. It includes draft changes that may be part of the future DSTU 2.1 release but further change is expected. Readers should focus solely on the GAO implementation content, and FHIR DSTU 2 for other purposes.

6.12.11.1 Content

Extensions:
operationoutcome-issue-source	Source of a validation message : Helps a user track down the source of the problem.
operationoutcome-authority	Reference to where the rule is defined : A reference to where the rule is defined (based on the authoritative URLs in the applicanble conformance resources).
operationoutcome-detectedIssue	Reference to a contra-indication that is the basis for this error : A reference to a stored contraindication that is the basis for this issue. A recipient can expect that the item referenced in this extension is being retained for record keeping purposes.
operationoutcome-expression	FHIR Path version of error location : The error location as specified using FHIRPath language.
