This is a frozen snapshot of the FHIR specification created for the purpose of balloting the GAO implementation Guide. It includes draft changes that may be part of the future DSTU 2.1 release but further change is expected. Readers should focus solely on the GAO implementation content, and FHIR DSTU 2 for other purposes.

G.2.2.0 CQIF-KnowledgeRequest

A knowledge request is a formal request for the evaluation of some artifact or group of artifacts as part of a clinical quality workflow. This may be part of a direct, point-of-care, workflow, such as a decision support request, or it may be part of a clinical quality assessment such as a request to calculate a particular quality measure.
