This is a frozen snapshot of the FHIR specification created for the purpose of balloting the GAO implementation Guide. It includes draft changes that may be part of the future DSTU 2.1 release but further change is expected. 5.21.10.1 Content

Extensions:
communication-reasonNotPerformed	Why the communication was not or could not be carried out : Explanation for rejection or failure of the communication. Applicable only if the status is suspended, rejected, or failed.
communication-media	Attached media : It contains enriched media representation of the alert message, such as a voice recording. This may be used, for example for compliance with jurisdictional accessibility requirements, literacy issues, or translations of the unstructured text content in other languages.
