A/V Event Recording Sponsor:

  • Three tickets to the event
  • Your company's name/logo shown at the ending of the presentation recordings which will be available to download from the HL7.or and/or the FHIR.org websites
  • Opportunity to post links to the dozens of presentation recordings on your company website
  • Your company's name/logo on event promotions, including social media and event program
  • Acknowledgment of your company's sponsorship from the podium during the event and on the sponsorship slide

Networking Reception Sponsor (2 available): 

Reception takes place on March 7 from 5:00 - 6:30 PM

As a networking reception sponsor of this event, your organization will receive the following:

  • Three tickets to the event
  • Five minutes to welcome attendees to the reception
  • Your company's name/logo on event promotions, including social media and event program
  • Acknowledgment of your company's sponsorship from the podium during the event and on the sponsorship slide
  • Stand-up banner displayed in the main meeting room during the event and at the reception (banner must be supplied by sponsor)
  • 30-minutes to provide an educational (not marketing/hard-sell) webinar to attendees after the event (both networking reception sponsors will participate in this event, which will be free to attendees)

Lunch Sponsor (2 available / 1 per day): 

As a lunch sponsor of this event, your organization will receive the following:

  • Three tickets to the event
  • Five minutes to welcome attendees to the lunch
  • Your company's name/logo on event promotions, including social media and event program
  • Acknowledgment of your company's sponsorship from the podium during the event and on the sponsorship slide
