Provides a reason why the expected value or elements in the element that is extended are missing.

birthPlacePlace of Birth for patient :

The registered place of birth of the patient.

indirectTargettarget if different from the subject. :

This extension is used when you want to identify the target whose characteristics (direct or indirect) are described by the observation if different from the Observation.subject. For example, the .indirectTarget may be a fetus, or a donor.
