1.23 DSTU Ballot Version Notes

There are two versions of FHIR currently posted:

• The version that was balloted during the Sept 2013 ballot cycle. This is now hosted at http://www.healthintersections.com.au/fhir
• The working version that is being changed in response to the ballot reconciliation that is following that cycle. See the Index page or the change list
