rejected Rejected Action to address the gap was rejected by the provider, such as a measure is not applicable to the patient at this time.
suppressed Suppressed Presentation of the gap to the provider was suppressed.
not-assessed Not assessed Gap was shown to the provider but no action was taken to assess the gap.
not-ingested Not ingested System cannot process the gap that was received.
