protocol	0..1	recommendation.protocol	Contains information about the protocol under which the vaccine was administered.
supportingImmunization	0..*	List<Immunization>	Immunization event history that supports the status and recommendation.
supportingPatientInformation	0..*	List<Observation | AllergyIntolerance>	Patient Information that supports the status and recommendation. This includes patient observations, adverse reactions and allergy/intolerance information.
