qualifier	1..*	List<Concept>	Qualifier to refine the anatomical location. These include qualifiers for laterality, relative location, directionality, number, and plane. Binding: SNOMED-CT concepts modifying the anatomic location (example)
patient	1..1	Patient	The person to which the body site belongs.
