Constraints

  • ele-1: All FHIR elements must have a @value or children (xpath: @value|f:*|h:div)
  • ext-1: Must have either extensions or value[x], not both (xpath: exists(f:extension)!=exists(f:*[starts-with(local-name(.), 'value')]))
