Restore Record Entries from archive (1 or more instances)

Description I:

Occurs when an agent causes the system to recreate record entries and their content from a previous created archive artefact.

The system SHALL provide the ability to restore (previously archived) Record Entries according to scope of practice, organizational policy, and/or jurisdictional law.
