Resource Profile: LabProcedureDefinition

This profile constrains ActivityDefinition to represent the definition of a laboratory diagnostic procedure (test or panel) to be performed on one or more biological/digital specimens. The ActivityDefinition resource declares the observations that are expected as input to the procedure, the kinds of specimens to be collected, and the observations produced as output. Such a definition can be used in a laboratory compendium as well as in other contexts.
