Suppressed Messages (Warnings, hints, broken links)
Does not impact implementation. Warning is due to NCI codes not on Tx server at time of THO build. Merge has been made to include the NCI codes in Tx Server https://github.com/FHIR/packages/pull/28. And Zulip-chat https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/179252-IG-creation/topic/Trouble.20with.20NCI.20Thesaurus.20Terms.20in.20Value.20Sets/near/426616847. The codes are in TX server now and when the next THO release is done this warning will not occur.
Error is due to a known issue that is slated to be addressed see Zulip thread https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/179166-implementers/topic/Values.20for.20Device.2EudiCarrier.2Eissuer
