Tobacco Use Contributed To Death

Tobacco Use Contributed To Death is a profile of the FHIR STU3 Observation> resource. It is used to convey an indication as to whether, according to the death certifier, tobacco use was a contributing cause of death. Allowable values are yes, no, probably, and unknown.
