active	1..1	Boolean	Whether this practitioner role record is in active use.
period	1..1	Interval<DateTime>	The period during which the person is authorized to act as a practitioner in these role(s) for the organization.
practitioner	1..1	QICorePractitioner	Practitioner that is able to provide the defined services for the organization.
organization	1..1	QICoreOrganization	The organization where the Practitioner performs the roles associated.
code	1..1	Concept	Roles which this practitioner is authorized to perform for the organization. Binding: Provider role codes consisting of NUCC Health Care Provider Taxonomy Code Set for providers. (extensible)
specialty	1..1	Concept	Specific specialty of the practitioner. Binding: Provider specialty codes consist of NUCC Health Care Provider Taxonomy Code Set for providers. (extensible)
location	1..*	List<QICoreLocation>	The location(s) at which this practitioner provides care.
healthcareService	0..*	List<HealthcareService>	The list of healthcare services that this worker provides for this role's Organization/Location(s).
telecom	0..*	List<ContactPoint>	Contact details that are specific to the role/location/service.
availableTime	0..*	List<availableTime>	A collection of times the practitioner is available or performing this role at the location and/or healthcareservice.
notAvailable	0..*	List<notAvailable>	The practitioner is not available or performing this role during this period of time due to the provided reason.
availabilityExceptions	0..1	String	A description of site availability exceptions, e.g. public holiday availability. Succinctly describing all possible exceptions to normal site availability as details in the available Times and not available Times.
endpoint	0..*	List<Endpoint>	Technical endpoints providing access to services operated for the practitioner with this role.
