purpose	0..1	Concept	Indicates a purpose for which the contact can be reached. Binding: The purpose for which you would contact a contact party. (extensible)
name	0..1	HumanName	A name associated with the contact.
telecom	0..*	List<ContactPoint>	A contact detail (e.g. a telephone number or an email address) by which the party may be contacted.
address	0..1	Address	Visiting or postal addresses for the contact.
