This is the set of resources that conform to both DEQM Individual MeasureReport Profile (http://hl7.org/fhir/us/davinci-deqm/StructureDefinition/indv-measurereport-deqm) and DEQM Individual MeasureReport Profile (http://hl7.org/fhir/us/davinci-deqm/StructureDefinition/indv-measurereport-deqm).
