This is the set of resources that conform to either of the profiles DEQM Supplemental Data Extension (http://hl7.org/fhir/us/davinci-deqm/StructureDefinition/extension-supplementalData) and DEQM Supplemental Data Extension (http://hl7.org/fhir/us/davinci-deqm/StructureDefinition/extension-supplementalData).
