Resource Profiles
The following Profiles for FHIR resources have been defined for this implementation guide.
Da Vinci Alerts Bundle Profile The Da Vinci Alerts Bundle Profile is the FHIR object that is exchanged for alert notifications. This bundle is a [transaction] type bundle that is POSTed to the Alert Recipient’s or Intermediary’s FHIR endpoint using the $notify operation.
Da Vinci Alerts Communication Profile The Da Vinci Alerts Communication Profile is a record of the alert communicated by the alert Sender as part of an alert Bundle. It provide the context of what the alert is about.
Da Vinci Alerts Endpoint Profile The Da Vinci Alerts Endpoint Profile MAY be exchanged as part of an alert notifications. The Endpoint contains the technical details of an endpoint for getting additional information from the medical record for the event.
