The primary focus of the DARTS Service Provider is to support the de-identify and anonymize operation.

Security:

Implementations **SHALL** meet the general security requirements documented in FHIR Security guidance.

In addition the DARTS Service Provider **SHOULD** meet the security requirements as outlined in the SMART on FHIR Backend Services Authorization
