Individual who recorded the family member's health history and takes responsibility for its content. Because the recorder takes responsibility for accurately recording information in the record, the recorder is the most recent author. The recorder might or might not be the asserter.

Context of Use

The Patient Care WorkGroup has proposed a .recorder element in the FHIR R6 FamilyMemberHistory resource (see Jira issue FHIR-52911). After FHIR R6 is published, this extension will be replaced with the equivalent FHIR R6 Cross Version Extension.
