Extension Indicator of primary specialty - Detailed Descriptions

Definition	Flag indicating if the specialty is the primary specialty of the provider. Normally, a practitioner will have one primary specialty, but in some cases more than one can be primary.

Definition	Source of the definition for the extension code - a logical name or a URL.

The definition should be version specific. This will ideally be the URI for the Resource Profile defining the extension, with the code for the extension after a #.
