Context of Use: Use on Element ID Questionnaire.item or Element ID ElementDefinition, with Context Invariant = type='reference'

Definition

Where the type for a question is "Reference", indicates a profile that the resource instances pointed to in answers to this question must be valid against.

Comment:

If multiple profiles are present, then the resource must be valid against at least one of them. See additional guidance and examples in the SDC implementation guide.
