2.12.10.1 Content

Extensions:
parameters-fullUrl	fullUrl : This specifies the fullUrl for the resource in parameters.resource, if there is one. When fullUrl is provided, ithe resource resolution method described for Bundle.
parameters-definition	Definition : This specifies the definition for a parameter if needed. This is useful for communicating the type of a parameter when the parameter has no value.
